TEAM BALLYMAC TO DESCEND ON TOWCESTER TODAY

Liam Dowling’s nine-string team for the upcoming Star Sports & Orchestrate English Derby will today trial at Towcester ahead of the classic.

After much debate, the decision has been made to enter Ballymac Setanta and he will be given a solo trial today, just six days after finishing runner-up in the Con & Annie Kirby Memorial.

He is clearly the team leader for Liam and all at the Ballymac Kennels but he is bringing plenty of firepower. Ballymac Stud is perhaps the most established outside of Setanta and it will be interesting to see how he handles Towcester. Th remaining runners trialling for team Ballymac are Ballymac Duffle, Ballymac Malinas, Ballymac Siun, Ballymac Deniro, Ballymac Ralf, Ballymac Tibet, Ballymac Iroko.
