RECORDS SET AT KILKENNY SALES WITH TURNOVER OF €99,950

Kilkenny greyhound stadium hosted their second sales event of the year this morning where there was some real impressive performances on a track rated .30 slow for the standard trip.

Unraced November 24 pup Lacken Glen who clocked the joint fastest time of the day of 28.88 topped the sales at €7,200.

Lethal Lola was sold having won her trial in 29.15 for €5,000.

Litter comrade to the top lot Lacken Ellie who won her trial in 28.90 really caught the eye sold for €4,600 while September 24 unraced pup Ill Sort That who also clocked fastest time of the day 28.88 was making €3,900 on the bench but wasn’t sold.

Elsie’s Melody a two time career winner stopped the clock at 28.93 sold for €3,800 while Ballyboy Cash who was beaten two lengths in this trial sold for €4,000.

Honey Trigger €2,600, Knockroe Susie €2,400 Lisnakill Rossa €2,300 Lincoln Diamond €2,100 whilst Spailpin Jet,Lemon Loca, Missy Jackell also made €2,000 on the bench.
Overall sales on the day was just over €99,950 which is a record return for any sales day in Ireland.
