MARCELLA CAMPBELL

The sad news of the passing of well-known breeder, owner and trainer Marcella Campbell came through in recent hours.

From her Mountmellick base, Marcella sent out countless winners over the year with the vast majority carrying her very recognizable ‘Home’ prefix.

A hugely popular figure, there was scarcely a night when she didn’t have a runner at Mullingar and she will be greatly missed by those that were lucky to know her. She leaves behind a great number of friends and a lasting legacy on Irish greyhound racing, particularly in the midlands.

We would like to send on our sincerest condolences to her husband Joe, her son Damien, daughter Tanya and son-in‐law Brendan, her beloved grandchildren Jade, Nicole, Rachel, Kaden, Danny, Zack and Evie, great granddaughter Isabelle, her sister Trish and brothers Laddie, Sean, Ken, Trevor, Colin, Declan, extended family and many friends.

    May She Rest In Peace.
